Christmas Opening Hours & Contacts

As 2024 draws to a close, we are writing to update you on our Christmas opening hours.

Our Christmas holidays begin on Friday the 20th of December.

We will re-open on Tuesday the 2nd of January at 8.30am.

During the holiday period Jungheinrich will provide a limited number of staff and engineers to provide critical customer support

Out of hours Please use call for Service web based app to log an engineer callout/ breakdown 24/7. Your call will be picked up by one of our dispatchers during normal working hours and an engineer will be automatically assigned. You can track your order progress through your app. Details on how to sign up to the Jungheinrich call4service can be found on our website.

This webapp is free of charge and is easy to use. Please refer to any service report or invoice for your customer number (ship to party number) and any equipment serial number to complete your initial registration. Please select correct truck and give details of error/ breakdown and any photos where possible.
